Hydro Cooling

What is Waterblock?

A device made of a thermally conductive material, most often aluminum, used to dissipate heat from heat-generating elements such as miner chips, transistors and various elements. It is part of the liquid cooling system.

Waterblocks are installed on the hashboard instead of the regular air heatsinks and are connected to the Hydro cooling unit.

Miners Hub Waterblocks advantages

Reliable

Each water block is tested by high pressure for impermeability.

Best thermal efficiency

Minimal chip temperature (minimal thermal resistance).

Optimal Hydraulic Parameters

Ratio of thermal and hydro resistance to flow.

Rapid Development

Production of new models for miners entering the market.

Many years of experience

in the design and production of waterblocks for various devices.

Hydro cooling unit

Hydro cooling unit consists of a small drycooler and a pump module The pump module has automatic control of the coolant temperature.

There are protections against overpressure, water leakage, pump failure, fan failure and frequency converter failure, power failure

Hydro and hybrid containers

Miners Hub & SMW container is a thermostabilized box in which asic miners  with waterblocks are installed. The operating ambient temperature range is -40…+40 C (-60…+50 is optional)

Asic miners can operate at up to +65% overclock hashrate

Full autonomy: adjustment of drycooler fans, blower fans, pump,  louvers – fully automated. Pre-heating is available in case of container frosting due to power failure (optional)

Two types of containers:

10, 20 and 40 ft containers are available
