Miners Hub Cloud Computing LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates minershub.ae and provides ASIC mining hosting, AI server colocation, hardware sales, and ASIC repair services across the UAE and GCC.
What we collect
- Inquiry data: Name, email, phone, fleet details, and any context you provide when contacting us via WhatsApp, email, sales phone, or contact form.
- Site analytics: Anonymized page views, referrers, device type via Google Analytics. No personally identifiable information collected by analytics.
- Operational data: If you become a hosting customer, we collect machine serial numbers, hashrate telemetry, power consumption, and other operational metrics required to run your fleet.
How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and provide a hosting/repair/colocation proposal.
- Operate your fleet under contract (for hosting customers).
- Improve our site and service offerings.
- Comply with UAE customs, anti-money-laundering, and data-retention laws applicable to mining infrastructure providers.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not access your compute layer (AI colocation customers retain full control of OS and workloads).
- We do not share customer fleet details with other customers.
