Services
We provide ASIC mining hosting, AI server colocation, ASIC repair, and hardware sales through Miners Hub Cloud Computing LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE. Service-level agreements are documented per tier in your hosting contract.
Inquiries and quotes
Quotes provided through WhatsApp, email, or contact form are non-binding until both parties countersign a service contract. Discovery calls are free of charge and create no obligation on either side.
Hardware shop
The /shop/ page lists hardware available through Miners Hub. Pricing and availability are confirmed via WhatsApp inquiry; the shop is not a self-checkout storefront. We accept payment in AED, USD, USDT, or BTC at quoted exchange rates.
Refunds, replacements & warranty

Refunds
A refund applies if an ordered machine has not shipped within 30 days of order date. Manufacturer preorders for future production batches are excluded — preorder lead times are stated at order, and the 30-day window does not apply to preorders inside their stated batch window.
Replacements & warranty
Defective units are covered by the manufacturer warranty: Bitmain, MicroBT (WhatsMiner), Bitdeer (SealMiner), IceRiver, ElphaPex, Fluminer, VolcMiner, Pinecone. Warranty period and terms are set by each manufacturer and shared at quote stage.
Miners Hub does not issue replacements directly. We facilitate the claim — submit unit serial, order reference, and fault description to [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 58 862 2898 and we route it to the manufacturer support channel.
Limitations
We do not provide investment advice. We do not guarantee mining profitability — Bitcoin hashprice, electricity rates, and equipment efficiency change daily. Hosting SLAs cover uptime only, not yield.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in Dubai courts unless otherwise specified in a service contract.
