How buying works

1. Message operations on WhatsApp at +971 58 862 2898 with the model and quantity you want. Pricing moves with batch and hashprice, so it is quoted live rather than published.
2. We confirm batch availability, lead time and landed cost including import and customs clearance into the UAE.
3. Machines are delivered to your site in the UAE, or racked directly into Miners Hub hosting with no second shipment.
4. Warranty claims are routed to the manufacturer by us, and out of warranty work goes to our ASIC repair bench in Al Ain.
