How to Host ASIC Miners in Dubai and Be Hashing in 10 Days

By Abdulrahman Sharif · September 3, 2026

MinersHub graphic in near-black and gold. Headline: "Ship to us. Customs is ours." A large gold 10 marks days to hashing on air. Below, a four-step timeline from go-ahead (30 minute call, no contract) through ship to us and customs cleared under our registered broker code, to racked and hashing within 10 days with 24/7 monitoring and the Al Ain bench.

Operators outside the Gulf ask us about customs before they ask about anything else. Their machines are in a warehouse in Texas or in a container leaving Shenzhen, and what they want to know, before power and before heat, is who handles the paperwork when a pallet of ASICs lands in the UAE.

We do. Our licence is in Dubai (Miners Hub Cloud Computing LLC) and we clear ASIC imports under our own registered customs broker code. In practice that means you or your vendor ships to us, we take the commercial invoice and the packing list, we file the declaration, and the machines come to our intake site rather than sitting in a bonded yard. If the vendor is shipping a new order, they ship to us directly and you never touch the crates. If the machines are already yours and sitting overseas, your side is a freight booking and a copy of the paperwork, and that is about it.

We go into detail on this because it is the step that makes people put off hosting abroad for a year, and it is the step that takes us the least effort.

Once the crates are through

The rest is routine for us. The crates get unpacked at the intake site, the machines go onto racks in whichever hall your fleet was assigned on the first call, they get powered up and pointed at your pool, and they go onto our monitoring. The first sign that it has all worked is usually your own pool dashboard showing hashrate before anyone has messaged you about it.

For an air-cooled fleet that whole sequence, from the day you say go to the day the machines are hashing, usually fits inside ten days. That number is on our hosting page. Across our 21 farms in the UAE and in Oman the air halls are standing and powered, so an air fleet is a racking job.

The first call

Before any of that there is a call, about thirty minutes, no contract. We ask what the machines are, how many, and where they are. From that we tell you which tier the fleet fits: under roughly half a megawatt it goes on air at 97% uptime, past that it goes onto hydro-cooled or immersion at 98%, and a multi-megawatt fleet is a build we scope around the site. We also tell you whether there is a rack for you this week or you are waiting on next, and we put a go-live date on it. The call usually ends with that date.

If you have not bought the machines yet, this is also where sourcing starts. We buy mostly Antminer and WhatsMiner, and we also carry SealMiner, IceRiver and a handful of others. We would rather help pick the model on the call than have a pallet of the wrong machine turn up at the intake site, which does happen when someone buys hardware from one company and hosting from another.

The exception to ten days

Hydro-cooled and single-phase immersion halls have to be built for the fleet. Four weeks at the quick end, twelve at the slow end, driven by the site. We give you that timeline on the first call, ahead of any deposit, and what you will not hear is a request to design a coolant loop, size a CDU or find dielectric fluid, because our team has done that in Gulf heat for eight years and the fleet arrives commissioned. For anything past half a megawatt the wait is worth it. The chips sit at temperatures the outside air never gets near, and you notice it every July in the hashrate and again years later in how long the boards last.

When something breaks

Something will. Boards fail, fans go, a PSU dies in month nine. Our repair bench is in Al Ain, about ninety minutes down the road from Dubai, and a board that comes off the rack is usually back on it somewhere between one and five days later, according to what failed. You see the quote first and nothing starts until you sign it off. Monitoring never stops and neither does support, which means the person who noticed the board drop at three in the morning is on our side, and there is someone for you to call if you noticed first.

What to send us

Tell us what the machines are, how many, and where they are, or that you have not bought them yet. You get back a tier, a rack, and a date.

FAQ

Can you host a single miner?

Yes. There is no minimum order on air-cooled hosting. One machine goes on a rack the same way a hundred do.

My machines are already in the UAE. Can I move them to you?

Yes. Skip the customs step, ship or drive them to our intake site, and the rest of the process is the same, including the ten-day figure for air.

Do you host in Oman as well as the UAE?

Yes. We operate 21 farms across the UAE and Oman, and the tier and the process are the same in both.
